Return Your DRYBONES Coat
If your coat doesn’t fit, or you want to return it, we’ll be happy to help you with an exchange, or a refund.
Simply send it back to us unworn, in its original packaging, within 14 days and include a returns note.
Extended Returns from now, until the 8th January, 2026, for Christmas Gift Purchases and Exchanges.
Package your coat back up in its original packaging with a returns note (see below).
Send it back to our address within 14 days.
We’ll send you a new one straight out, or issue your refund. Easy peasy!
Returns Note
You can fill this in and submit the form to generate your returns note – make sure you print it and don’t forget to include it in your package back to us! It is also fine to hand write the return note.
Return costs are incurred by the customer, for all orders. Should an item be returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded. All orders over £100 qualify for free delivery, however, return costs are still the responsibility of the customer. The shipping out of any replacement exchanges, are paid for by us.

If you need some help to exchange or return your coat, please contact us and we’ll be happy to talk you through.
Please return your coat within 14 days of purchase.
All DRYBONES coats, their accessories and all other DRYBONES products have a warranty of 6 months.
Any DRYBONES products that are deemed faulty and are over the 14 days return period, please contact us, via email, in the first instance.
It is the customers responsibility to return the item/s to us, so that we will can fully inspect them, in order to determine if the issue is a factory fault.
